Worship
Sunday mornings at 10 starts our Sunday School, where we have groups to fit any and all. There we gather in prayer and in study to learn more about God in fellowship.
At 11 o'clock we gather for our Worship Service, where we praise God the Father for all the many blessings he has given us, and give him the glory on the Sabbath day of rest. Here we sing songs, offer prayers and offerings, and hear the message from our Pastor.
As this is only a overview, we welcome you to come visit with us and be our special guest one Sunday Morning at Westside UMC.
Bible Study
On Wednesday mornings at 10 AM, we gather together in the fellowship hall and have our weekly Bible Study. It is in this time that we share prayer concerns of the week, offer joys of the Lord, and of course, study the Word together.
This isn't just another part of the sermon however. In our Bible Study, we take time to reflect on questions, thoughts, and concerns of the text, taking time for everyone to participate and be engaged in the Study.
Come join us at 10 AM on Wednesday as we study and grow together in the Word.
Youth/Children
Here at Westside, we certainly care and love the future of the Kingdom. We offer opportunities for the whole family to be engaged at church and grow in Christ.
We have a place for all ages as a part of our Converge Nights on Wednesday Nights starting at 6 PM. Here we gather for a meal together, only taking a love donation. After the meal, we join in some songs, and then break out into groups. The Children go with several volunteers for a lesson and games, the Youth break out into their lesson with their leader, all the while the adults have a relaxed message of relavance.
